This is the Florida that only residents know about. It's beautiful every season of the year with winters cool enough to light a fire and wear a sweater but warm enough in the afternoon to spend on the beach. City of about 1MM population with all of its convenience but located in a town of 20,000 for a small feel. This home is in an area of multi-million $ homes

We are family of 4 including 2 college age daughters. We have several homes to offer for swapping time. We are true global citizens and have traveled extensively. Our homes are in waterfront settings in Florida away from the touristy crowds and condos but close by things people love to do on vacations. We love historical places, watefront settings and small villages as well as large cities. Great scenery, food and wine are a must!
