Large 700 sq ft one bedroom apartment. Three can sleep comfortably in bedroom. Chaise in living room converts to a single bed. A fireplace in the living room that burns fuel gel so no clean up. Linens & towels Eames era inspired dining room. The raddest most friendly neighbors on the planet. Two blocks south to Melrose Ave. Two blocks north to Gay friendly Santa Monica BLVD. Two blocks west to a park with six tennis courts, 2 softball fields, 2 soccer fields & dog park. 5 minute drive to Hollywood, 14 minute drive to Beverly Hills & 20 minute drive to Venice Beach & Santa Monica Pier. Hike near the Hollywood sign on Runyon Canyon 7 minute drive to the canyon from apartment. Free Wi-Fi internet, 32 inch Samsung flat screen LCD TV, DVR, free local calls, Cable & on demand channels, 100 HD channels, full kitchen with portable dishwasher, digital microwave, gas stove, Le Creuset cookware, full sized fridge, light hard floors in living room, black & white linoleum tiles in Kitchen & bath, carpet in bedroom, coffee machine, espresso machine, hot & cold digital purified water cooler, full bar, full cupboards & smoking allowed.
